Transformation as a challenge for political and administrative practice Head of the working group on ‘Transformation as a challenge for political and administrative practice’. We analyse the institutional conditions for the success and implementation of ‘transformation’. At the interface between science and politics or science and administration, we examine the structures, practices and control requirements of transformative change, i.e. system-related changes. The working group is funded for three years by the Academy of Spatial Research and Planning in the Leibniz Association (ARL) in Hanover.
